About Bella
Hello! My name is Bella Kimbrell, and I am from Birmingham, AL. Born and raised! This may look long, but I want you to feel like you know me after reading!
I graduated from the University of Alabama in 2024 with my Masters in Management Information Systems. Following college, I now work for a Big 4 Accounting Firm as an Information Technology Accountant.
You can find me in my free time with my sweet fiance David, my border collie Coco, or with my amazing friends! I thoroughly enjoy going on runs, taking a good workout class in community, shopping, trying new coffee shops and restaurants, going on a walk or hike, cooking and baking, and exploring this beautiful Earth God created!
I was a cycling, strength, and barre instructor for 5 years, and have always had a heart for health & wellness. But I began to feel off after college, and found myself in a cycle of trial and error.
I was bloated, had an irregular cycle, and depleted of energy. After multiple doctor visits, numerous labs, and a never ending chase I knew there had to be something I could do. My lab work claimed normal, yet always on the low end of normal. I was told it was Hashimotos, IBS, and stress.
I took this as an opportunity to create my own healing story, and I decided I never wanted anyone to experience anything similar. I wanted to figure out a way to help myself and others stop the cycle of trial and error, and feel seen and heard.
This led me to studying at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN) to learn about a functional, whole body approach to healing. I learned that healing is bioindividual, and we each have our own needs. There is no one size fits all to health, and what works for one may not work for another.
As I studied, I further took additional courses to earn certifications in both Hormone and Gut Health as well.
From there, I craved more. I then began my journey taking a studying with Functional Diagnostic Nutrition® (FDN). Here I learned how to use functional lab testing to identify healing opportunities within the Hormone, Immune, Digestion, Detoxification, Energy Production, and Nervous System pathways. This was an intensive course that equipped me with the ability to see how chronic stress to the body, whether physical, mental, emotional, or environmental can truly create a sense of Metabolic Chaos® within the body.
Through the combination of practices from both IIN and FDN, I myself embarked on my own healing journey. Now, I want to help you too. As a Certified FDN Practitioner and Integrative Health Coach, I want to create an approachable opt in model of self care tailored to YOU. You deserve to feel your best, and feel empowered during the process.
What are you waiting for? Let’s do it!
